As the Federal Government prepares to restart student loan payments, here are some helpful tips to help you plan.

Most importantly, there is a new SAVE repayment plan that can:

  • Significantly lower minimum monthly payments
  • Possibly allow forgiveness of remaining balances in 10+ years 
  • Be easy to put on autopilot to re-enroll in future year
